Hello Everyone 

Myself  Adv. Mohit Sharma  I have done my B.A LL.B (Hons) from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak.  I am a tech lover and dog lover too apart from my soul love towards the law. So in the tech era I want to share my legal knowledge and day to day legal incident which takes place in our country. As we all know after Independence  we adopt Constitution of India. Under which Article 365 empower us to follow the laws which were made applicable before 1950 and specially the laws which are in line with the constitutional principles. So that's why we still using the laws which Britisher gave us. For Example our procedural law such as  Indian Evidence Act 1873, Indian Penal Code 1860 etc. However time to time judiciary founds some provision to be ultra vires or which are not in line with the  essential constitutional principle such as Equity, Good Conscience, Natural Justice. These are the basic principles of the Constitution. 

For that purpose we see amendments have been  made by parliament otherwise till amendments take places guidelines of supreme court are in full effect.  But as we can understand the dynamic nature of law so it's change with the change in society. It changes with society and time. Also a very famous maxim i.e a Latin pharse is also concerned Vigilantibus non Dormientibus Jura Subveniunt legal maxim which means a person who sleeps on his right has no legal right i.e. The law assists only those who are vigilant, and not those who sleep over their rights. 

So keeping this view in mind I am starting this blog so that I can help you to understand the laws better and to keep you up-to-date with country's law. I hope you like my hard work and thoughts.
